Add ability to restore deleted My patterns

What

Currently, there is no way to restore the deleted My Patterns besides restoring a backup. There is no Trash where it goes to and can be recovered from.

Could we like pages and posts, create a trash for this where customer can restore their patterns or undelete them?

Why

This will give them more control over their content.
