Add a billing email address

Add a new setting under /me/purchases/billing to enter a billing email address
Why
Organizations usually have a finance department that needs to be notified of expenses and receive invoices.
Currently, we do not have a way to do this. Invoices can be sent the the default account email address or they need to be downloaded and emailed manually.
How
This setting could be added under "Edit VAT details" and would allow users to set a billing email address where new invoices will be emailed automatically.
