Thank you for reporting this.
I cannot replicate this on other accounts and I cannot start a support session (it's an a11n user).
Are you able to replicate this from other accounts or with other domains under that account?
Hi @mrfoxtalbot - thanks for looking into this for me.
Are you able to replicate this from other accounts or with other domains under that account?
I'll test this and revert.
Hey @mrfoxtalbot
I can only replicate this using our a8cteam51 user. I have spot-checked some other sites on our account, on the same hosting plan and their DNS settings are working as expected. 🤷🏼♀️
Do you have any ideas on how we take this further?
Thank you for the additional testing!
I'm going to summon @Automattic/nomado here since this should be on their turf.
Thanks again!
@mrfoxtalbot I've gone ahead and added this to our (Nomado's) sprint board. But we don't have access to the a8cteam51 account. Is it possible to temporarily give Nomado access to this user so we can debug?
Thank you, @delputnam.

I am not familiar with how this account is managed. Can you confirm this, @kimclowa8c? Thank you!
Hey @delputnam - I just found you in Slack and see you're AFK (yay 4th of July!). I'll ping you next week and we can sort out access.
@kimclowa8c we've deployed a fix for this one. Can you confirm it has been solved? We couldn't replicate the issue anymore.
Confirmed this is fixed. Thank you so much!
