WebP images do not show in Calypso Posts/Pages list

When adding a WebP image as a featured image, it does not show in the posts list. JPEGs do show as expected.

- Add a WebP featured image to a post
- Publish or save the draft post
- View the posts list.

The image should show.

The image does not show.
