Site Migration: Step to identify a WordPress site

The first step of the site-migration flow should be a new step which lets the user choose if their site is WordPress or not.

Here's a rough sketch of the UI image

The idea is the user enters a url and picks the type of site. If it's WordPress, we continue with the site-migration flow. Otherwise we redirect them to the import flow.
