Media Storage: Explain that Videos are not counting toward storage on AT sites with VideoPress active
What
For AT sites with Videopress active, add a note explaining that videopress videos do not count toward the site's storage limit.
Why
To help avoid confusion around the storage limit not increasing when videos are uploaded, and to highlight the value of this feature on plugin-enabled Business & Commerce sites.

With the VideoPress feature, that video will not impact your site's overall storage usage at all.
This isn't obvious at all with the storage indicator. Maybe we need to make sure the storage indicator communicates as such?
How
Including this as part of the hover card when hovering over the storage usage would make sense to me; or perhaps adding this as a note under Media > Videos:
@jmdodd I'm on groundskeeper rotation this week. Trying to triage some of these older issues. Can we please get confirmation as to whether this is still accurate/intended? I thought we counted VideoPress video storage towards their total storage usage.
Note: I just stumbled on: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/41428#issuecomment-621273660 I assume this still applies and just needs to be implemented @jmdodd?
Just noting that now that we switched to wp-admin for the Media Library, we no longer show the current storage:

This is what I see. It might be that site doesn't have a quota? (old site maybe?)

If the storage notice is still visible, then we need to explain that VideoPress uploads don't count against the storage quota.
