This is an issue to track missing UI changes to the seller upgrade modal mentioned in this PR:

TODO: Get actual premium pricing data (waiting on https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/65569 )
TODO: Figure out where link to plan under button should go (checkout with plan?)
TODO: Pass subscription choice back to checkout function so we know what subscription to add to the cart.

The last two items will be resolved by D84731-code, for the first one we need to find out how is it done for other products.
