Fix the v1 API versions list

See #66. We probably need to do a similar change for proxy auth mode. edit: maybe not - let's just test that authProvider.request works as expected here too.

Also needs API-side changes to show a more reasonable set of versions - v1.2 has been around for a while now and probably isn't include_dev only.
