I still see a post tag even if I don't include tags in my custom feed settings

Quick summary

I am NOT using [ap_hashtags] in my custom post settings, but I still see a tag on my post when it goes out over the feed.

Steps to reproduce

1. On my blog Anna Plays Skyrim, set up a custom feed config that explicitly does not include the shortcode [ap_hashtags] since I want post tags excluded from the feed
2. Did a test post that has a tag on it
3. Post went out, but still has a tag on it at the bottom

What you expected to happen

I wanted to see my feed showing exactly what I specified in my custom settings, and specifically excluding the tags attached to the post.

What actually happened

I got a tag showing on the post in the feed, even though I left that out of my custom settings.

My Wordpress version is current, I am running 6.4.1.

My version of the ActivityPub plugin is also current, at 1.2.0.

Oh, this is a change by Mastodon, that they always add the Attachment tags to the content. Maybe we have to add a setting for that then.

Ohh, okay. My wife who runs our instance (we're self-hosted) and who also uses ActivityPub for her Wordpress blog says she's recently been seeing this behavior too, and since she does keep us current on Mastodon version, this must have just come in not too long ago.

Last I checked this issue is still reproducing, is this still on the queue to fix?
