Sidebar Follow button customization

Hi Team,

as usual excellent work on the plugin. I have a feature request, its not a bug request but a continuation of #427

What i am asking for is customizability of the widget with following options.

1. Change the text of follow button.
2. Show hide the icon
3. Show hide the name and fediverse id of the blog
4. Make a button only version of the widget

What i am hoping to have with this is

1. A single button follow me on fediverse on sidebar.
2. Full follow option goes in the pages.

Why

more customizability and tweaking capability.

Editing the button text and allow for "button only" sound like good enhancements 👍🏻
