Feature Request: Propigate image alt text to fedi

What

If the Alternative text is supplied in WordPress, may it please get propagated into the fediverse?

Why

It is considered good to add alt text to images when shared in the fedi.

Can you maybe provide us some more information? Maybe you installed some special media plugins?
