Use consistent terminology for 'Blog-User' throughout the code

Quick summary

In the PHP code we use the term "Blog-User" or "Blog wide User" and in JS (at least in the follow-me block) we use the term "site". We should have a consistant wording throughout the code, to not confuse developers and contributors.
