[Bug]: Antique style variation for Issue doesn't appear to do anything

Quick summary

The Antique style variation only appears to have one significant difference - a header at the bottom of the homepage is black on black

Steps to reproduce

1. Apply Issue theme to a site
2. Load front end of the site
3. Switch the style variation in the style editor
4. Reload the front end of the site

What you expected to happen

• A more pronounced visual difference
• No invisible text
