Gazette theme: links in editor settings are white-on-white

Quick summary

When using Gazette theme with a custom color set in the Customizer, the links in the editor settings in the dashboard are not visible/show as white-on-white:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Activate Gazette theme
  2. Change the Accent color in Customizer
  3. Load editor for a post or a page

Links for Page/Post, Block, etc in the settings pane should be visible

Links for Page/Post, Block, etc in the settings pane are white-on-white
