[Bug]: Shoreditch -> "Display author" and "Display categories" don't work on single posts

Quick summary

Appearance > Customize > Content Options > Post Details > Display author & Display categories don't work

Post Details has settings to display date, categories, tag and author. They all work minus categories and author.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Appearance > Customize > Content Options > Post Details > Display author & Display categories

What you expected to happen

The category and author of the post should be displayed in the entry-footer area

What actually happened

The category and author of the post don't show up

The category and author are not even listed in the code when inspecting entry-footer
