Varia and child themes: Theme overrides photo border color
Quick summary
When an image has a set border color and width on a page, it is not reflected on the live view and displays the theme's set colors.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new site
- Activate the Hever theme
- Insert a new image block in a page & upload an image
- Set a border color
- Update page
What you expected to happen
To show the border color selected on the page.

What actually happened
Shows one of the theme's colors defined in the Customizer.

Context
When switching a theme, the border color is reset.
When the border color is set on a different theme, the color stays (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Two):

When switched back to Hever, the border color in settings resets, but the color seems to stay:
