1. Start a site with the Twenty Twenty theme active
2. Install and activate the Page Optimize plugin if not already installed. Activate the Concatenate Styles option from the plugin settings.
3. Create a post or page and add a Video Block. The video block will align to the far left edge of the page on the live site.

The Video Block should use the theme alignment options.

The Video Block aligns to the far left edge of the page.

Adding the align center video to a Group block was another workaround found for that case, but also confirmed that deactivating Page Optimize worked.
