Support Syntaxhighlighter v4

Current code supports only v2 and v3, but v4 is out for over a year now.

The plan was to include support for many more libraries in version 4 of my plugin which I worked on years back in this branch: https://github.com/Viper007Bond/syntaxhighlighter/tree/4.0.

That turned into a huge project though so maybe it'd be better if I just hacked v4 of SyntaxHighlighter into my existing codebase...

Any chance to push a quick update for this plugin? In its current state it isn't highlighting JavaScript correctly if the code uses ES2015+.

v4 works significantly different from v3. It'll require a lot more than "a quick update" unfortunately. I'm currently putting my development time into a much more popular plugin of mine that needs some stuff fixed ASAP.
