SyntaxHighlighter Code Block: Display Warning when Upgrading to Business Plan

Our public documentation on SyntaxHighlighter Code Block shows the warning:

"If your site is on our Business plan and has plugins or custom themes installed, you will first need to install and activate this SyntaxHighlighter plugin."

However, not all users view this documentation before upgrading to the Business plan, and they will find out that a plugin is required.

In the site dashboard, is it possible to display a warning or notice if a user has SyntaxHighlighter Code Blocks in use, and display a notification that these block will require a plugin if they upgrade to the Business plan, (or perhaps a link to the doc / plugin recommendation)?
