Feature Request: Refresh button for the site preview

What

The site preview doesn't refresh automatically after making changes to the site. It would be nice to have a refresh button/icon to trigger the refresh manually to see the most accurate preview.

Why

The site preview doesn't refresh automatically after making changes to the site.

How

It would be nice to have a refresh button/icon somewhere here:

I'm not sure we should add a button for this; that seems like cruft.

Instead, we might want to:

  1. Refresh more frequently.
  2. Listen to key WordPress actions and refresh when one of them is fired.

@danielbachhuber @zdenys it partially works - the thumbnail is refreshed when:

  • the site starts
  • Studio notices theme was changed

Yet, when I change the Style or update the Template part on the homepage it doesn't refresh. These events are good candidates for a refresh.
