Add Xdebug support

What

We need Xdebug in Studio to be able to debug PHP pages.

Why

Without Xdebug, any serious web development in WordPress is pretty much dead for the vast majority of existing sites.

How

Download the Studio competitor LocalWP (https://localwp.com/) and you can see that they have Xdebug built it. You just flip a switch and get to work.

I agree with this feedback. I consider having XDebug a top reason to choose a tool for local development.

I think I accidentally closed this via integration from another tracker. It is merged into Playground CLI but it's not integrated with Studio yet

Is there any recommendation to get this working with, perhaps, a command line switch or modifying the sh/bat files?

@shanto it's not available in Studio yet. We will likely work on that once it is completed, documented, and confirmed to be working in Playground CLI.
