Discrepancy between Grade Reported and Actual Score/Grade
Steps to Reproduce
- Student completes a quiz, they correctly answer 127 out of 150 questions (84.67%)
- They are shown a score of 83.33%
- As the admin, we see the 83.33% in the main Grading page next to their name/Lesson
- If we click into "Review Grade" it shows the proper score 127/150 84.67%
This appears to have started happening around 09/2024. Prior to that they all matched. It's affecting students from passing (we have auto grade on and a minimum score of 80%).
What I Expected
We would expect these to be identical so is there some reason that score is getting altered? It's the one though that determines the pass/fail so we've had to manually pass students who actually had a passing score but were shown differently.
What Happened Instead
PHP / WordPress / Sensei LMS version
We have updated all plugins to see it that resolves it but didn't after updating. However the version it's happening in production on is:

For easier testing and integration, could you please export and share the full dataset, including:
- Courses
- Modules
- Students
- Questions
- Grading details, etc.
You can use the export option (as shown below) to provide the data. This will help us simulate real scenarios more effectively during development and testing.
Has there been any ability to look at this? We continue to have users run into this issue. It's always different between the lesson overall score and the actual quiz score whereby they pass the quiz but the lesson % indicates fail. It's a problem with this course where often users barely score high enough to pass but they do and we are having to go into the database to correct it for them.
We're also experiencing this but on a larger scale, with a quiz being graded 45 / 50 (90%) when you click into it, but 76% on the grading screen, can this be looked into please.
