Add upsell task to install Sensei-pro in Sensei home checklist for Course sell

As part of implementing onboarding Tours, we are implementing a Course setting Tour to show our users how to sell a course using woocommerce. A pre-requisite of that is to have Sensei-pro installed.

So we are adding a step in Sensei Home checklist to take the user to to Sensei-pro's selling page.

Step Text: Sell your course with Sensei Pro Completion Logic: When user clicks on it and is taken to https://senseilms.com/sensei-pro/ Additional Logic: Should be shown only when Sensei-pro is not installed but Woo is installed AND Sell courses and generate income was selected in the onboarding wizard.

It should be positioned right below "Create your first Course". ~Should also have a "pro" tag like we have for other upsell features.~

Should be marked as complete once the user is redirected to the senseilms.com page.

Should be tracked with sensei_home_task_complete tracks event.

@Imran92 At first I liked this idea, but then when I mocked it up the "Pro" right next to another "Pro" doesn't work, so I'd prefer that we not do it:

Please do let me know going forward if you'd like to make any changes to the UI as I'd want to possibly mock things up first, and potentially avoid unnecessary work. 🙇🏻‍♀️

Oh! Haha, thanks Donna for checking this and doing the mock. The moment I thought about Upsell, it kind of immediately made me imagine a 'Pro' tag beside it like our other upsells habitually instead of actively thinking about it. Thanks!
