Unable to style Learning Mode notices

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Lesson Learning Mode template.
2. In the block settings for Notices, customize the colors or font size.
3. View a lesson with a notice.

What I Expected

The styles to update in the editor and on the frontend.

What Happened Instead

The styles are unchanged in both the editor and on the frontend.
