Change to includes/class-sensei-question.php file broke TranslatePress translations of question title

Steps to Reproduce

After updating from 4.16.1 to 4.18.0, the translation of quiz questions is no longer working (latest version of TranslatePress installed with manual translations). If we remove the new line (673) in /includes/class-sensei-question the translations again appear. Here is that line for reference:

$title_html .= sprintf( esc_html__( '%d. ', 'sensei-lms' ), sensei_get_the_question_number() );

PHP / WordPress / Sensei LMS version

PHP 7.4.33 but confirmed it also exists in 8.2.11, WordPress version 6.3.2
