Allow for longer lesson titles in the wizard

The lesson wizard has a 40 character limit which users are hitting.

Remove the limit to match the normal behavior.

Hi, as OP of https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lesson-title-length/ let me explain: If all things equal, I'd rather see an option to completely disable the wizard than it being adapted. In the current case (site under development) there is not only a need for longer titles but also no use for the wizard at all.
In fact, it is (in this case) painfully "in the way" for several reasons:
- regularly longer titles
- content creators will always choose the default layout
- the wizard is (and remains) in English which is not the creators language
About the translation issue: I've posted several issues (among them the wizard not taking translations) on https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issues-with-menu-translation-strings/ but I can make a GitHub Issue if needed.
@RavanH Hi there. Having the ability to disable the wizard would be a separate feature request you could make here.
If you find any more translation issues, feel free to create a separate report. It seems like some were fixed in the thread. One note: just editing the mo/po files won't update the generated JSON files for JavaScript strings (such as the lesson wizard). Loco regenerates the JSON for those translations, which is probably why you had better luck using that.
