Cannot manually enroll students via Course Manage page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a course with lessons in it. Make sure there are no students enrolled to this new course.
2. Go to Sensei LMS > Courses > "My Course" > Manage > All Students > Add Student to Course
3. Try adding one or more users to the course.

What I Expected

The users to be enrolled to the course.

What Happened Instead

Nothing. Users were not enrolled to the course.

Note

• This only happens if there is no students enrolled prior. Once at least one student is enrolled then adding more students works.
• This also happens on the individual lesson management pages. If you go to **Sensei LMS > Courses > "My Course" > Manage > Lessons". Then press "Manage Students" for one of the lessons and try enrolling students to this lesson and it's not gonna work if there isn't at least one person enrolled already.
