Create a tool that deletes the data from the new progress tables

Goal

We need a tool (Sensei LMS -> Tools) that removes the data from the newly created progress custom tables and stops the data sync. This might be useful for users that want to test the feature or don't want duplicate data.

Scope

• Create a new tool in Sensei LMS -> Tools.
• The tool should only be visible if the progress tables experimental feature is enabled.
• There should be an action button that runs the process. Once clicked, there should be a confirmation popup because this is a destructive action.
