Add prerequisite lesson from one course for the lesson in another course

At the moment, we can choose the prerequisite lesson only in the same course. It might be useful to add prerequisite lesson from one course for the lesson in another course.

• The user should finish Course 1 - Lesson 6 to proceed to Course 2 - Lesson 1. I only see the notice on the course dashboard.
• I tried to add lesson 6 on the first course to lesson 1 of the second course in the prerequisite dropdown, but it seems that lesson 6 of the first course is not available. Is there any way that I can make a notice?

• Instead of a single dropdown for a lesson, we could have two dropdowns: one for the course (current course by default), one for lessons for the selected course.
