Get formatting / HTML options for quizzes

This has been reported as an issue on the forum, but it's more a feature request:

HTML tags are rendered with the showing along with the text as shown in the image below.

This result into quiz's questions and/or answers not looking good in the frontend, when a user tries to apply any formatting in HTML:

While this is expected, as no formatting or HTML options are available on Quiz blocks (both for questions and answers), it'd be great to have some formatting tools to beautify the texts.

I don't know if to see this as an enhancement. It is more like a bug since HTML tags used to work in earlier versions of Sensei.

I have thousands of quizzes that were created with these tags, and everything has been fine until the introduction of blocks.

Now, quizzes with HTML formatting appear as shown in the screenshot above, and this is actually an emergency.

Can a quick fix be recommended while the dev team works on adding it to new releases?

PR merged, it will be available on the next sensei version.

@gabrielcaires When I saw your response I was happy that this issue will be fixed in the next version, so when I saw a prompt that a new one was available I updated enthusiastically, only to find out that the issue wasn't fixed in the latest update.

This is more like an emergency on our site, and the fact that several days have gone without any fix gives a poor user experience.

Kindly help fix this asap. Thank you

Perhaps this issue should be labelled as a bug instead of an enhancement since it used to work before now. This surely has broken many sites that have used HTML in quizzes, but it baffles me why it is not treated as important here.

With issues like this coming up and Sensei developers taking forever to fix it, I wonder why anyone would want to go for the Sensei Pro.

Support is poor

The recent update does not fix this issue. Version 4.6.0 and earlier are not affected. The issue started as from 4.6.1 up to 4.7.1.

Is this something that can be fixed in a short time?
