Make the course list block and its inner blocks available everywhere

Goal

Currently the Course List block is available only on the Course editor and Page editor, we want to make it available everywhere for all GB editor pages.

All the inner blocks should also be available along with it

Acceptance Criteria

Given I am on any GB editor page (Existing Page, Post, any future custom post type pages like our Course page etc.) And I have opened the inserter When I scroll or search for Course List block Then I shall find it there and should be able to add it And I'll also find the child blocks And All of them should render in the frontend correctly showing correct data And All the settings, custom CSS for all the blocks should work
