Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to lesson edit page, turn on "Auto Grade" in quiz settings, save
2. User submits quiz, but fails to answer the first question, which is a multiple choice question
3. System auto grades the quiz

What I Expected

The user would not receive any points for the unanswered multiple choice question

What Happened Instead

The user received credit for the unanswered multiple choice question
