Learning Mode: Enable theme styles disables customisations made to the sidebar block.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Learning mode & Enable theme styles
  2. Go to 'FSE editor -> Edit Lesson Template'
  3. Click on 'Move the sidebar footer group to top of the sidebar or make any other changes like adding a background color'
  4. Save & preview -> any changes made to the Footer block do not reflect
  5. Disable "Enable theme styles" -> recheck the lesson page
  6. Changes made to the sidebar footer block now show up

The best solution is if "new learning mode" respects website style (when "Enable Theme Style" is on).

seems to be related to the Wordpress version... the test website has version 5.9.1 and this bug is on the production website, and the production website has an earlier version of Wordpress 5.9 and it doesn't have this bug.
