Toggle focus mode covers a fragment on the upper block

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Lerning Mode.
2. Create a test course, module, and lesson.
3. See newly created lesson on the frontend.
4. Click the "Edit site" button on the top admin bar
5. Move the "Contact Teacher" button and "Exit course" link column block to the top.
6. Change background color of the column block.
7. Reload Learning mode test lesson.

What I Expected

Toggle focus mode not covering the column block or changed to the color I selected for the column block.

What Happened Instead

Toggle focus mode covers the column block with the color established in the Customizer.

Should be fixed by #4939, released as part of Sensei 4.6.2. Note that adding a Spacer block there could still be necessary to prevent the toggle from overlapping content.
