Custom Files: Rewinds when paused

Expected behavior

The playback should not rewind when paused. I was able to replicate the issue on my end as well but could not get a recording of it since it is a bit hard to replicate and tends to happen when you don't expect it.

Actual behavior

Even when intelligent playback resumption is off, the player rewinds a few minutes when you press the pause button

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Upload an mp3 file to your Custom Files
• Play it for more than 10 minutes
• Hit the pause button and notice the player duration; you should see it jump back a few minutes

Tested on [iPhone 14 Pro Max], iOS [16.5], Pocket Casts [7.40]

I’ve noticed that podcast episodes will rewind a little bit when I return to listen to them; however for longer episodes I’ve noticed that they’ll rewind like 20-30 min.

My imported files will always resume a couple of minutes before I last stopped.
