Investigate cases where the Up Next Queue gets cleared

We could not replicate the issue, but the user who is using iOS 16.4 mentioned that when they connected to CarPlay, the Up Next Queue was clearing. They confirmed that they don’t use any other integrations. They do all of their listening with an iPhone - either from CarPlay or using AirPods.

I connect my phone to my car through CarPlay and the current podcast episode continues playing. I wanted to see what would play next because I remembered I had other episodes downloaded so on CarPlay I go to the Up Next Queue where I could see the next episodes for about a second then they disappeared. So I checked my phone and the episodes were still downloaded but they were no longer queued

In the logs, we noticed the following information (which may or may not be helpful:

The Auto Archive and Up Next settings seemed fine too:

Auto Archive Played Episodes after: After Playing
Auto Archive Inactive Episodes after: Never
