CarPlay: Episode not removed from UpNext

Expected behavior

When a new episodes starts playing it should be removed from the CarPlay Up Next Queue

Actual behavior

The episode remains at the top until you leave and come back.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Play a podcast using CarPlay
2. Open the Up Next screen on the CarPlay Dashboard
3. Allow the episode to play to completion
4. Notice the new episodes starts but remains at the top of the Up Next list.

Tested on iPhone 12 using CarPlay in a Volvo, iOS 16.0.1, Pocket Casts Test Flight build 7.23.0.3
