Folder sort order is reset after signing out.

Description

If you sort podcasts into a specific order within a folder using drag and drop, then you sign out, when you sign in again, the folder sort order is reset to Date Added.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to a folder containing multiple podcasts.
2. Change the sort order by dragging and dropping. Sort by is now set to Drag & Drop.
3. Go to Profile > Refresh to ensure changes are synced.
4. Sign out. Folders will disappear as you no longer have Plus status.
5. Sign in again.
6. Go to the folder, the sort by will now be set to Date Added.
