Skip back from lock screen jumps between chapters

Expected behavior

The podcast skips back/forwards the specified number of seconds.

Actual behavior

The podcast jumps between chapters.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Play a podcast containing chapters (e.g. latest episode of The Talk Show with John Gruber).
  2. Scrub to halfway through, so you're in one of the middle chapters.
  3. Swipe to get to the Control Center in iOS, then use the skip/back 30 secs buttons.
Tested on iPhone 12, iOS 16, Pocket Casts 7.22
