Reorder the most popular categories shown in the pills in Discover

Description

The new pills that show the most popular categories are meant to be sorted by popularity, knowing that the full list sorted alphabetically is available under "All categories". Let's please sort them in the following order:

True Crime, Comedy, Culture, History, Fiction, Technology.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to "Discover"
2. Look at the pills shown on top.

Please don't order them this way or at least give us user a choice to arrange the order or let it be alphabetical. For me I don't like "true crime" and don't want to have this category at all.

Maybe you can adapt the new discovery page here at all good.
