CarPlay: Now playing chapter does not show music bars when skipping chapters

Description

The music bars don't update to the correct chapter when you skip some chapters using the skip controls in the car

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to Settings > Headphone Controls > Next Action, and set it to 'Skip Chapter'
2. Start playing a podcast on CarPlay which has chapters
3. Open the chapters screen
4. Skip chapters using your car skip buttons (normally on the steering wheel)
5. Notice the chapters change, but the music bars don't move to the playing chapter
6. Go back to the now playing screen and notice the correct chapter is shown
7. Go to the chapter screen again and notice the music bars on the correct chapter
