Skip forward/back buttons disappeared from media notification

Description

After I opened up the media control settings in Pocketcasts the skip forward/back buttons disappeared. And there isn't any skip action to drag around to fix it.

Also I only see 2 buttons in the notification, but the settings suggest there should be 3.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Observe skip buttons in the media notifications
2. Open settings to the media notification /Android auto page
3. Not sure if I even changed any settings before the buttons disappeared, but there are no skip options
