When no podcasts are selected for a filter change the chip to 'All Your Podcasts'

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tap on the filter label.
2. Then tap on the All Your Podcasts tab.
3. From the Choose podcasts view, tap to disable the All your podcasts button. This should deselect all the previously selected podcasts.
4. Next, tap on the Save filter button.
5. Then, tap on the filter label again. You'll see that it's now 0 Podcasts.
6. Tap on the 0 Podcasts tab to open the view again and you'll notice that the podcasts are still ticked.

The chip should be changed to 'All Your Podcasts' as it isn't valid to have no podcasts selected.
