Add a Nord theme

What problem does this address?

It would be nice if the app had a Nord theme.

What is your proposed solution?

I would create the theme myself, but it seems like the themes are store in a Google sheet, which is not editable without explicit permission. It would be great if there was more documentation on how to add them.

Also, huge thanks for making this app open source, I immediately switched over to it.
