7.63-rc-5 some podcasts set to Auto download don't download, and then after streaming, they are stuck in the download folder

Description

Some podcasts that are set to Auto download episodes arent downloading. The episodes show up in the downloads folder and say "waiting to download". I had some like this for days.

So I decided to stream them instead, and after listening, they are now stuck in the downloads folder, even though they are marked as played and archived.

Pixel 8 7.63-rc-5.

Also, any podcast set to Auto download, if I mark played before it's downloaded, then it's also stuck in the downloads folder.

Multiple phone reboots does not help.
