Downloads not working on 7.63-rc-4

Description

Downloads were working this morning, but since early afternoon, pressing download does nothing. Podcasts are added to the downloads folder, but shown as undownloaded. Pressing the download arrow on the downloads page does nothing. Going to the podcast episode page and pressing download does nothing.
