Update episode publish date format after a week

On iOS episodes published date change from "day name" format to "Month number" format after first week from publish date:

If we check on Android, the format hasn't changed yet and it still shows as "day name":

So that Android screenshot is from Monday, 13 June at 14:27? If that was your device am I right in thinking your phone is set to the timezone CDT (Central Daylight Time)? I'm just setting up a test for this but I'm having trouble repeating it. Hopefully, if I get all these values right I should be able to repeat and fix the issue.
