Flicker on loading upgrade view

Description

There is a flicker when Profile -> Accounts screen loads since the upgrade view doesn't show immediately.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Login with a Free account (in an in-app billing sandbox setup)
2. Go to Profile -> Account screen
3. Notice that the screen flickers as the upgrade view doesn't show immediately
