Add Images to sitemaps

We should include a feature image if attached to a post.

I may be wrong but seem to remember hitting indexing errors when you include an image which isn't within the page. http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.co.uk/2010/04/adding-images-to-your-sitemaps.html seems to suggest that the image should be in the html but this could be outdated information

That reads to me that the images should be on the page so a featured image could potentially not be in the content
