Better error notifications

Currently we show errors only to people, who can edit the liveblog and we show them in alerts.

We should have a dedicated error area, where we can show any type of errors.

Requirements:

• A place where to add errors
• Errors should be hideable
• Only show the latest error of any kind, don't repeat the same error over and over again
